Has anyone had trouble with this offer? I kept getting a message stating that there wasn’t any account with my e-mail address. I did send them a message with this information and told them I was trying to claim this month’s points.

Your code wouldn’t work for me (said “invalid code”), but when I logged into my account I noticed an announcement for me that gave me my own special code – similar to yours – that DID give me the 10 points.
