We buy lots of dog food and cat food; feed many animals, trap and neuter feral kitties, etc. so did purchase IAMS pet food and did follow directions, filled out certificates, and mailed with original receipt to the IAMS addresses. I did address envelope with both “Cat Speed Rebate” and “Dog Tailored Nutrition Rebate” since purchased both on same receipt. Yesterday, I received my certificates and original receipt back from IAMS folks with instructions to “send original receipt.” ??????

Hi, Pricilla! That is really unfortunate. I wish I knew how to help. My best advice is to contact Iams on their Contact page here: http://www.iams.com/ContactUS.aspx
Hopefully they will do what’s right and correct their error. Let me know how it goes!
