I went to KMart excitedly with my 5 $2.00 coupons and list. Read the post at the service desk to make sure of the rules. The sign said "double coupons up to $2.00. Did my shopping but at checkout the $2. coupons did not double. Went back to the service desk and the clerk informed me that the rules were "up to $2.00 meaning up to $1.99 was doubled. Not the $2.00 ones. Needless to say I was more than dissapointed. Do u know if this is the policy or if I can contact someone from KMart to complain?
