I went today and got 4, thinking since the limit was 3 I just wouldn’t get an ECB for the fourth (since I had two BOGO coupons, I figured I had nothing to lose). It turned out that I got $12 ECB (there was nothing else on that receipt, so I know it was for the Oust)!
According to Iheartcvs.com the limit is 6.
