I think you can then print a temporary card. You can also just sign up in store. Head on over to the customer service desk and they'll have a form for you to fill out and will give you card right there. I also wanted to add that when you sign up, if you click on the "My Offers" tab on your account, it will tell you what the special promotions are. This month they are offering specials such as triple rewards on footwear at both Kmart and Sears and a $5 reward on the purchase of a juvenile bedding purchase, among several others.
