Does any1 know if this is a new coupon?? The last time this was out a couple months ago and when I went to use it, it only took off a $1 there was no prompt for them to enter the price to make the item free.

I am unsure if this is a new coupon or not. It does say very clearly that it is for a FREE 3 oz. or 3.4 oz. travel size Downy Wrinkle Releaser, if that helps.
